Visa information

Participants who require a visa for attending the conference and wish to receive an official invitation should send an email to theorie.sekretariat@desy.de providing the following information:

     * Full name and academic title
     * E-mail address
     * Date and place of birth
     * Nationality
     * Gender
     * Address of your institute and phone number
     * Head of your institute
     * Passport number
     * Prospective title of your presentation
     * Financial support
     * Accommodation in Hamburg

We strongly encourage participants to take the necessary steps soon, in order to allow time for the necessary administrative procedures.
